The Church of Saints Peter & Thomas
Appeal for St Peter’s Church, Wormbridge
St Peter’s, founded in the 12th century, has stood for over 8 hundred years at the heart of Wormbridge. Today our ancient church urgently needs major repairs to preserve its historic fabric and keep it safe and welcoming for worship, community events, and visitors.
We are seeking donations to fund essential work including:
- Roof and gutter repairs to prevent water damage
- Stonework restoration and repointing
- Repair or conservation of historic windows and fittings
- Urgent structural assessments and stabilization where needed
Please give what you can — every gift helps. Your support will
protect a Grade II listed, locally significant building of centuries’ standing
and preserve local history and craftsmanship for future generations
